    • Talent Managers: Recruitment professionals managing candidate pipelines
    • Organizations: Companies seeking executive talent
    • Administrators: Platform management and oversight
    3. User Responsibilities

    Users agree to:

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
    • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
    • Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
    • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users
    4. Account Security

    Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to use it for providing Platform services.

    Users may not:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Impersonate others or provide false information
    • Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
    • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
    • Use the Platform for spam or unauthorized marketing

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Three Arches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Platform services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for:

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Inappropriate or harmful behavior
    • Extended periods of inactivity
    • Legal or regulatory requirements

    Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
