By accessing and using the Three Arches Executive Talent Management Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including:

• Multi-factor authentication options
• Role-based access controls
• End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
• Regular security audits and monitoring

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access.

All users acknowledge that:

• Information shared on the Platform may be confidential
• Users must maintain confidentiality of non-public information
• Candidate information is protected by privacy regulations
• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Three Arches and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to use it for providing Platform services.

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Use the Platform for spam or unauthorized marketing

By using the Platform, you consent to our data processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection and processing of personal and professional information
• Sharing information with authorized talent managers and clients
• Use of encrypted storage and transmission protocols
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

Three Arches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Platform services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inappropriate or harmful behavior
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
